Rate Policies:

Airport
greeter service available for gate greets at Logan Airport $45.00

For
sedan/town car airport service between the hours of 12:00 am and
5:00 am please add an additional $15.00

For
limo airport service between the hours of 12:00 am and 5:00 am
please add an additional $25.00

Cellular
telephone charges are $2.00 per minute plus $2.00 per call for USA
calls.

A fuel charge applies to base fare on all services.

Hourly
rate begins when the car leaves the garage and ends upon its return
to the garage.
- Stretch
limousines have a five (4) hour minimum (Monday - Thursday)
- Stretch
limousines have a five (5) hour minimum (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- Sedan
hourly rates have a (3) hour minimum
- Mercedes and SUVs have a (4) hour minimum
- Minibus reservations have a (5) hour minimum
- Full size coach bus has a (6) hour minimum on weekdays; full size coach bus has a (7) hour minimum on weekends

- Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour
Billing:
Rides
are billed to the customers credit card. Boston Chauffeur accepts

A 20% service
charge based on the fare, stop time & wait time will be itemized
on the invoice statement; 20% service charge on limousines & buses
The following out-of-pocket
charges will be itemized on the invoice statement.

In the event Boston Chauffeur is unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, Boston Chauffeur may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In that event, a referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge. In such instances, Boston Chauffeur will strive to ensure that the driver receives appropriate compensation for providing the service. Wait
Time:
For
all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $7.00
per five (5) minute increment once the grace period has elapsed.
Grace period is defined as five (5) minutes beyond the scheduled
pick up time.
A (30) minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight
time arrival time.
A (60) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international
flight arrival time.
Bus schedules cannot be monitored therefore, billings begins at the scheduled
pick up time.
Cancelations
and No Show Fees:
Cancelations will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
Cancelation of sedans within three (3) hours of scheduled pickup in Boston and three (4) hours in other cities of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
International reservations for sedans must be canceled 24 hours in advance.
Van reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance or the full
fare + 20% service charge.
Mercedes reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance or the full
fare + 20% service charge.
SUVs and van reservations must be canceled 72 hours in advance or the full
fare + 20% service charge.
Cancelation of stretch limousines within 24 hours of scheduled pickup will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
All bus reservations must be canceled (1) week in advance or the full
fare + 20% service charge.
All deposits are non-refundable.
A
no show fee equal to the trip plus service fee plus applicable
wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the
designated location. If you cannot locate your driver, call 1-866-570-LIMO to
avoid a no show fee.
Holidays:
A
$ 25.00 holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring
on:
Fourth
of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas
Easter Sunday
Presidents Day
New Year's Day
Events Services (Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motorcoaches):
All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at
the prevailing Boston Chauffeur hourly rate. Customers are billed from
the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Boston Chauffeur facility
until the time it returns to the Boston Chauffeur facility. All Reservations
that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty
minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the
vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.
